Subject: Cutthroats
I also checked all of the contents of the .dsk when mounted. No hits with either Disinfectant 3.7.1 nor Virex 6.1. I do see the same results when giving the file to VirusTotal, but I'm not sure how it could possibly be INIT 29.
If you examine the .dsk file with ResEdit, you'll get "The file 'Cutthroats r23-840809-C (4am cr' has no resource fork. Opening it will add one. Do you wish to open it?"
The .dsk file was originally created by converting a Disk Copy 4.2 file shared by 4am. The file is available here: https://archive.org/details/Cutthroats4amMacCrack
You'll note that this file also gives hits on VirusTotal: https://www.virustotal.com/gui/file/746847e8be858275dfa9f28ddcfe4e2cfeed24646811f47e67daf6e9f33bc7fa?nocache=1
At any rate, as far as can reasonably be stated at this point, there's no nVir, INIT 29, nor any other virus contained in "Cutthroats r23-840809-C (4am crack).dsk". It's some kind of strange false positive.
